Vandaag ben ik begonnen aan de eerste versie van mijn advies rapport aan STMIK Kaputama.
Ik heb geen idee wat andere experts schrijven aan het eind van hun missie, maar vooruit. Na terugkomst overleg ik nog wel even met PUM om te zien of ik er nog interessante optie's aan kan toevoegen.
Today I start to write my advice to STMIK Kaputama
After returning to the Netherlands I'll consult PUM to see if I have missed any interesting options before finaliyzing my report.
Vanmiddag stond in het teken van het maken van afspraken over de implementatie van de resultaten van mijn missie. Na een inleidend overzicht van hetgeen ik meende te gaan adviseren, hen de vraag voorgelegd wat na alle enthousiaste reacties zij nu van plan waren te gaan doen.
Dit leverde een pittige en geanimeerde discussie op. De komende dagen krijg ik hiervan de resultaten aangeboden.
In the afternoon we had an discussion whit the staff of Kapuatama. It was an inspiring session. In the next few days I'll get the results of their commitment after the mission.
Tenslotte vanavond bij de Heer Devi Yendrianof thuis ontvangen, kennis gemaakt met zijn vrouw en kinderen. Ik moet natuurlijk blijven eten. Lekker eten.
Later that evening I was invited to Mr. Yendrianofs home to meet his wife and tree wonderful children. His wife cooked an very nice meal for us. Thanks Mrs. Yendrianof for having me at you home, it was very nice to have met you.
Addendum on day 14.
As the result of an very exhausting day yesterday I couldn't find the energy to translate my writing.
We went on a trip to Bukit Lawang, an Oran-Oetang reservation. During an trip of two hours from Binjai we passed an palm oil plantation witch must have been at least some 15 mijl long and how knows how far back. As an result of these Pal Oil plantations almost the hole of wild live suffers and the Orangutans where robbed of their natural environment. Along the reservation there runs an rivver on witch a lot of youngsters went rafting using big tires as in this picture.
Nature here is quit beautiful
And as always the food is delicious, spicy but very taste and colorful.
